At SASI YOGA, we blend Yin Yoga, Pilates-inspired flows, and Breathwork to help you slow down, move intentionally, and feel strong within.

This is a space where rest is radical, softness is strength, and you get to move in a way that truly supports you.

From day one with Saskia's gentle and kind approach I felt at ease and welcome. Saskia responds to the needs and experiences of the group and is very encouraging for all levels. I leave her classes feeling recharged, relaxed and ready to take on the week!
