From day one with Saskia's gentle and kind approach I felt at ease and welcome. Saskia responds to the needs and experiences of the group and is very encouraging for all levels. I leave her classes feeling recharged, relaxed and ready to take on the week! I would recommend sasi's classes to anyone, espeically if you are contemplating yoga but feel unsure about making the first step. It is always a friendly and welcoming environment.
